This month we’re featuring TG Watkins, our Head of Design, who joined our team in November 2021. Hailing from Kansas City, TG is an avid sports fan of his hometown. When he’s not at work, or enjoying his family, he loves learning new board games, investing in crypto or NFT projects and building fantasy football teams. As Head of Design, TG sits between two worlds: Product and Marketing, where he leads amazing design initiatives cross-functionally to provide best-in-class customer experiences.

What’s been your favorite Frontrunner Memory so far?
Our first Karaoke night as a team and watching several new employees crush a few billboard hits.
What do you like most about the company culture at Frontrunner?
It’s cliché but the people. I work with a brilliant team who share similar interests and encourage innovation through collaboration and experimentation.
What got you interested in working in Web3?
Watching all the cool blockchain startups popping up and seeing what products or services they’re providing.
Have you made any big life purchases with crypto?
Maybe? Let's see how much my NFTS are worth in a few years.
What are some of your favorite NFT projects?
TronWars, Rebel Rabbits and NFL All Day

I play a bunch of DFS and one Sunday my team hit a jackpot of $500!!
What is one of your favorite sports memories?
I just recently took my 3 year old daughter to her gymnastics class and she wowed the coach by doing a handstand with no help or guidance.

Patrick Mahomes and Simone Biles
If you could go to a baseball game with any famous person, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
William Shakespeare - I’d love to see how he’d write about it.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I’m a Decepticon spy from Cybertron named, Terrorcon Gronx. My altmode is that of the F1-75, Ferrari’s 2022 F1 model.
If there was one thing you could change about your teenage years, what would it be?
Travel abroad and know that nothing is final.
